Collated using voices and lived experience from the neurodivergent veterinary community with additional contributions from employers to represent their perspective, this resource is intended to be used as a stepping stone into a journey to embrace neurodiversity, explore neurodivergent culture, and enable neurodivergent individuals to thrive in the workplace. Our goal is to empower workplaces to embrace diversity and provide an environment where every veterinary professional can thrive.
