Vetlife searches for thrill seeking fundraisers for Vetlife Day

On the 19th of June 2026, a group of fundraisers from Vetlife and other veterinary organisations will take on a new rooftop adventure to mark Vetlife Day 2026, kindly supported by risr/. The brave group will be climbing across the rooftop of the iconic Alexandra Palace to the Angel of Plenty statue, 130 metres above sea level.

In 2025, Vetlife experienced an increase in demand for its services, with contacts to the Vetlife Helpline reaching 6,481 and over £150,000 provided in Financial Support to those experiencing hardship. To accommodate the ever-rising need for support, donations from fundraisers are vital.

Commenting on the importance of supporting Vetlife, Claire Simmons, Business Development Lead UK and EMEA at risr/ said:

“Veterinary professionals are there for our beloved pets when we need them most, and Vetlife is there for the Veterinary professionals. risr/ is proud to support this campaign. We believe it’s vital to support the veterinary community, and we encourage others to do the same.”

The Vetlife Day adventure is not just a brilliant opportunity for participants to challenge themselves, but also raise funds which will help support the veterinary community.

Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. To join this unique fundraising experience, contact Vetlife at [email protected] by 20th May 2026.
