If you are a veterinary surgeon, or a dependent, and have been left struggling financially due to the breakdown of your family it may be possible to receive some financial assistance from the Veterinary Benevolent Fund.

Veterinary students, veterinary nurses and veterinary surgeons may wish to call someone at Vet Helpline on 07659 811 118 (local call rates apply, 24hr rapid response answer phone) which provides empathetic discussion of problems with someone who has experience of the veterinary profession.
